Refund Policy

If Pounce is not for you, email yo@pounce.so within 7 days of a payment and we will refund it in full and cancel the subscription.

A 7-day free trial is not charged until it ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. Reach out anyway if something went wrong; we would rather make it right than keep a bad charge.
